Effective January 1, 2011, all health department clinical services will be provided by appointment only. Same day or next day appointments may be available for some services.

Always bring proof of family income when receiving services.

To apply for WIC, call (252) 946-9705 to schedule an appointment. You will be told what you need to bring to this appointment for proof of ID, income and residency.
